Product Designer - Stakeholder Management

Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions, create user personas and journey maps, develop product roadmaps and feature prioritization, and create design strategy aligned with business goals.

Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes, design micro-interactions and animations, design and conduct moderated usability tests, and create unmoderated testing scenarios and tasks.

Design scalable component libraries and design tokens, create comprehensive design system documentation, establish design workflows and collaboration processes, and manage design file organization and version control.

Present design concepts and rationale to executives, facilitate cross-functional design reviews and critiques, mentor junior designers and provide design feedback, and lead design sprints and collaborative workshops.
